C-Ventus has an in-house SHEQ Management System focused on safety, health, environment and quality, as they are the number one priorities within C-Ventus and an integral part of our day-to-day activities. Every employee is trained and personally committed to safe & healthy working conditions, best practices, environmental awareness and delivery of the highest quality level towards clients.
Safety is a core value of C-Ventus. The implementation of rigorous SHE-Q procedures and the Safety culture that is embedded in our day-to-day business contribute to a high safety standard. To uphold an exemplary safety culture, we constantly invest in services, processes, organisational development and continuous improvement to improve and sustain our performance levels.

Safety
Safety carries the highest importance within C-Ventus. We want every employee as well as everybody else involved in our business to take care of each other and to all return home safely at the end of every working day. No business goal will ever be so important to overrule our safety measures and precautions. We instruct our people to intervene if and when unsafe conditions and circumstances are observed and to report back for solutions and learnings to avoid reoccurrence.
Health
C-Ventus values the health of all its employees as well as everybody else involved in our business and we dedicate ourselves to create a healthy working environment for all involved.
Environment
C-Ventus respects the environment we work in for ourselves and for future generations. We make responsible use of natural resources and we expect nothing less from every employee and supplier/sub-contractor we work with.

We want to deliver high standing quality services every time again in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
This policy will be kept up to date, reflecting any changes in the nature and size of the business and taking into account any changes in legislation with revisions being made as and when required. Any such revision shall be brought to the attention of all employees without delay.
