Safety carries the highest importance within FØN. We want every employee as well as everybody else involved in our business to take care of each other and to all return home safely at the end of every working day. We instruct our people to intervene if and when unsafe conditions and circumstances are observed and to report back for solutions and learnings to avoid reoccurrence.
